Looking for an HR Technical Architect/Applications Architect to join a long term project for a reputable company in China with good rates PLUS expenses offered.
The job spec is as follows:
- This role will define the overarching thought leadership and Solution Architectures, that enable and release the maximum business value of Digital HR Technologies for our client.
- Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the HR Roadmap and Blueprints and enable the best Employee Experiences.
- Responsible for completing the Solution Briefs and Technology Points of View facilitating resolution to Key HR Architect Decisions.
- This role will build deep client relationships at senior levels and work with colleagues within my client’s Technology, my client’s Digital and the CMT practice to orchestrate these new technology solutions.
- This role will bring targeted my client’s assets and offering to client situations, leveraging knowledge gathered through connecting with my client’s lines of business and inquiry into client pain points.
- Advance thought leadership within CMT on how we help our HR clients achieve their strategic business and tactical business goals using New IT, Cloud & Software platforms and emerging technology, such as AI.
- We expect our consultants to be always relevant, bringing our clients expertise and experience in industry practices and technology developments. Our consultants must combine functional and technology relevance with strong delivery experience and capability specific to Digital HR.
- Engaging in the CMT community to foster a sense of collaboration and support to drive mutual professional growth.
